Maintenance Mechanic - Lead

Possess high level mechanical aptitude and ability in hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general manufacturing maintenance;

Demonstrated high level of mechanical aptitude and ability in industrial maintenance activities such as hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general manufacturing maintenance;

Sanitary welding a plus

Prevalent certificates toward trade (electrical, welding, plumbing, HVAC).

Arc Flash Protection

Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Identify Manager’s goals and develop them into his.  Assist in training programs.  Make out schedules.  Post jobs (work assignments daily).  Develop procedures to be proactive instead of reactive.  Develop ER/Maintenance into one group through extensive training.  Cover meetings when Manager can’t attend.

properly troubleshoot and repair all equipment associated with in the production facility in a timely manner with little to no supervision;

Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and provide recommendations as needed;

Perform general maintenance duties as it relates to plant equipment and building;

Properly perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and plumbing duties as required;

Be able to troubleshoot and repair automation equipment as needed.
