Biochemist Group Leader

2-4 years of relevant industrial experience

Previous leadership is preferred

Experience working in GMP/GLP

Industrial experience and an understanding of the drug development process

Responsible for performing HPLC, SEC-MALS, UV-VIS and absorbance-based biochemical assays and applying these methods to a broad range of biotherapeutics for early and late-stage products and/or characterization of biologicals including; proteins, antibodies, peptides, and conjugates.

Perform performance appraisals and coaching for direct reports

Work as a liaison between clients, supervisors, and lab to report progress, needs, and delays

Understand and report metrics monthly, quarterly, and yearly
