Proven leadership experience within a parcels, courier or time-critical freight operation
A practical understanding of operational KPIs and scanning compliance

Responsibilities
You’ll play an important role in the site leadership team, working closely with Transport, Customer Service, Claims and other operational leaders to deliver strong service outcomes for our customers.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading daily Parcels operational planning and execution
Managing freight flow, labour deployment and operational priorities
Ensuring operational processes are followed, including scanning, labelling, endorsements and DG requirements
Identifying safety risks, hazards and compliance issues, ensuring corrective action is taken
