The freezer operator is responsible for organizing WIP in the freezers to allow for it to be packaged on a first in, first out basis.

The freezer operator is responsible for pulling stacks as needed to supply the packaging workers with flavors to fulfill the days orders.

The freezer operator also monitors the metal detector and alerts senior management if there are any issues with the CCP.
