Responsibilities

Oversee all facility services for our network of Corporate and Regional offices – primarily Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Nashville, Seattle, and Orlando

Assist with integration efforts to combine existing offices in shared markets (Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville)

Drive operational excellence with vendor partners, onsite support, and internal stakeholder groups such as IT and Security

Track and analyze office utilization in order to anticipate the company’s needs for growth; make data-driven recommendations to the leadership team

Own end-to-end office expansion efforts, including real estate searches and office buildouts - and related budget and construction management; partner closely with decision-makers and key collaborators, particularly the Legal and Finance teams, to drive alignment
