You will act as the gateway into Nourish, and will more often than not the first person a Nourish Medical provider will interact with from Nourish in their journey.

As an early hire on our Nourish medical team, you will have lots of opportunities to grow with us and shape how we approach expanding our provider base.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping assess clinical fit, alignment with Nourish’s care model, and readiness to thrive in a startup environment.

Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, Provider Onboarding, Provider Strategy, and Product teams to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience

Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups that increase offer acceptance
