Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base salary range for this role is $67,500-$94,500 per year and will be adjusted to market cost. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and champion Amae's mission to deliver compassionate, comprehensive mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness.

Community Outreach & Referral Partner Development (80%)

Actively manage and grow patient referrals in your region through systematic outreach to existing provider partners

Coordinate rapid responses to urgent patient situations, collaborating with hospital systems, social workers, and providers

Work closely with clinical staff to ensure referred patients are connected with appropriate care

Serve as a visible, trusted ambassador for Amae Health in the community
