Part Time Customer Advocate, VM, Market Operations

. The hours for this position are from 7 am - 3 pm or 1 pm - 9 pm. We ask that team members be available to work 6 days a week; Saturdays are required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine. You will work in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather

Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for our customers; you’ll be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite to our car Vending Machine

Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system

Swiftly address any customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
