Recovery Coordinator

Experience of, or a strong understanding of, delivering interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychosocial Interventions (PSIs), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and ITEP-informed approaches.

Experience delivering both one-to-one and group therapeutic interventions.

The ability to build positive and professional relationships with service users, colleagues and partner organisations.

You will manage a caseload of service users, delivering person-centred support and interventions that empower individuals to make positive and sustainable changes to their lives.

Managing a caseload, devising, implementing and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.

Conducting assessments, risk assessments and safeguarding plans to support effective case management.

Delivering one-to-one and group-based interventions tailored to individual needs.

Reducing substance-related harm to individuals, families and the wider community.

Supporting service users to access treatment, community resources and recovery-focused opportunities.
