Application Engineering Manager - GTMT Marketplace, New Verticals

7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions across modern business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft, Proprietary Technologies)

2+ years of experience managing a globally distributed engineering or business systems team that supports multiple regions

Business-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical decisions or features into business outcomes

Deep understanding of designing and building scalable, maintainable solutions using both configuration and code across one or more enterprise platforms

Prior experience leading successful implementations that span core sales processes, quote-to-cash, and integrations with backend or financial systems

4+ years of experience leading agile/SCRUM teams in the capacity of an Engineering Manager, Application Engineering Manager, or Technical Team Lead
