Requirements
We're building this bench around two entry points:
Team leaders ready to step up:
3–5+ years leading a team — Service Manager, Install Manager, Sales Manager, or similar — in residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or another home-services trade, with real experience running a full center's operations (not just a crew).
Current GMs ready to scale up:
Already running a General Manager seat, often at a brand under $20M in revenue, looking to bring that experience to a larger, multi-brand platform with more resources and a longer runway.
Comfort with CRM/ERP and dispatch platforms; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation aligned to your placement — base salary of 200-225K. Once you are in place as a GM at one of our locations, you will become eligible for additional compensation (performance bonuses and company equity) plus additional perks!
Relocation assistance to your matched market.
Direct mentorship from active General Managers as you ramp into the seat.
Full benefits package — medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match.
The backing of a national platform with the growth trajectory of a company that's just getting started.
Responsibilities
Own full P&L and operational performance for your branch — revenue, margin, labor productivity, and customer experience.
Lead department managers (service, install, sales, dispatch/CSR) and, through them, a team of technicians and support staff.
Set local market strategy — pricing, marketing spend, competitive positioning — in partnership with platform leadership.
Read a branch scorecard and turn the numbers into action: pricing, marketing spend, technician productivity, and customer experience.
