Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in graphic & motion design, digital creative, or content production, ideally within music, entertainment, or an agency environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, motion content, and social‑first creative work.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.

Deeply plugged into the intersection of music and internet culture, with a strong pulse on emerging trends, narratives, and what resonates online.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.

A proactive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, adapt, and localize digital, social, and D2C assets for artist campaigns, including static graphics, social content, and promotional visuals.

Ideate, create, and localize short‑form, UGC‑style video assets optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Build visually cohesive decks for global campaign pitches, territory presentations, and strategic updates —translating marketing narratives, insights, and performance data into polished visual storytelling.

Develop creative concepts and execute cohesive campaign look & feel across platforms and deliverables.

Coordinate with translation partners to obtain translated copy for marketing assets.

Maintain organized creative workflows, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.
