We seek a Senior Manager, Planning Excellence to elevate planning capabilities through scalable data solutions, process optimization, and strategic insight generation.

The Senior Manager, Planning Excellence is responsible for defining and leading the roadmap for planning analytics, tools, and reporting infrastructure across the Factor network.

Define and drive the long-term vision for Planning Excellence, including tools, reporting infrastructure, and process optimization initiatives.

Provide and manage cross-functional roadmaps in partnership with tech teams, ensuring alignment to business goals and measurable impacts.

Establish scalable frameworks for planning metrics and reporting cadences across the network.
