Requirements
as a Controller with managerial experience for a multi-currency Global Company.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant); Big 4 US GAAP audit experience strongly preferred.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably on
Oracle Cloud Financials
, balance operational support with long-term initiatives, manage international teams, and work across diverse stakeholders including IT, finance, production, and corporate teams (e.g., Disney).
Deep knowledge of international accounting and multi-entity consolidations.
Responsibilities
Oversee all quarterly and adhoc financial reporting and submissions to Disney, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Disney corporate requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and automation across the function to maximize efficiency.
Lead the Global Accounting Team and provide strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship.
Analyze financial results in collaboration with the FP&A Team.
Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets and tax compliance.
Research technical accounting issues and work with Disney Accounting and internal teams as appropriate.
