Requirements

Five (5) to seven (7) years of related professional experience.

Bachelor's degree of equivalent professional experience.

Comfortable working in Excel to review, interpret, and organize large sets of data.

Familiarity with Tableau and Oracle as an end user, with the ability to understand and navigate the data or dashboards they produce.

Ability to interpret data insights and support the creation of clear, accurate reporting.

Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, new hires generally start between $105,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year. The full range is $105,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.

Responsibilities

Rhythm of Business

Represent the Automated Retail (AR) business when communicating via executive summaries and business readouts. Run quarterly business reviews. Be an advocate for the AR team.

Work with the team to design and build new reports. Reports could be related to Tableau, Oracle, or other tools.

Provide status updates to management.

Customer Experience

Work with the Customer Service team to report on status of major issues impacting customers, and to quantify impact.
