Requirements
8+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, business operations, or general management within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong hands-on experience with data, metrics, BI dashboards, and operational reporting, including working with imperfect data.
Proven ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, scale and execute in a fully remote, distributed, and low-bureaucracy organization.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
Own and improve the company’s operating model, including planning, execution, and follow-through across teams.
Establish, own, and maintain company-wide KPIs (preferably OKRs), dashboards, and reporting in close collaboration with data, finance, and engineering.
Lead operational and revenue-related initiatives such as pricing changes, forecasting, and cross-functional process improvements.
Improve cross-team coordination, ownership, and documentation in a fully remote, async-first environment.
Act as a trusted operational and analytical partner to the CEO, helping turn strategy into executable plans.
