Responsibilities

Drive store portfolio success through phone, email and text communication, to optimize store operations and take proactive measures to enhance the experience for your partners

Build strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and needs while serving as a subject matter expert to proactively identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved.

Conduct analysis of store performance based on KPIs and continuously manage proactive processes to identify growth opportunities, ensure a high retention rate, reduce refunds, and improve partner and customer experience.

Develop in-depth knowledge of our internal tools such as Looker, Salesforce, Ninja and MyStore.

Collaborate with Sales during weekly meetings and guide the team through the post-sales process.

Have an in-depth knowledge of Too Good To Go’s internal operations and collaborate with marketing, finance, strategy & planning, product, and/or other teams to best support partner needs, as well as communicate feedback for improvements.
