Responsibilities
Communicate with multiple internal departments to determine medical provider relationships that currently exist in defined territory
Identify and fulfill service off
Develop a best practices strategy for defined territory
Collaborate and partner with multiple departments, including but not limited to Marketing, Futures, and Client Advocacy on polices, processes and operations in order to develop solutions for strategic business needs
Provide ongoing, professional, and effective touchpoints with medical providers
Receive, respond, and troubleshoot external provider related issues
