Responsibilities
Our Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations to ensure our facilities remain operational, continuously improve and innovate.
With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including Biological, Chemical, Automation, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Safety, Process Development, Technical Services, Utilities and Validation.
Director Global Engineering Solutions Projects is responsible for leading the Delivery of a large Capital Program (~$1B). Guide the team to carefully plan, identify risks and mitigation strategies, track and monitor progress, escalate risks and cascade information.
Align a cross-functional team around the project mission/work plan.
Interface and align with key Service Providers of Engineering, Procurement, Equipment, Construction Management and Commissioning/Qualification services.
