Intern - Human Resources

Prior experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling, Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)

Familiarity with employment law fundamentals or HR compliance coursework

Gaining exposure to compensation & benefits administration and employee inquiries

Assisting with HRIS data entry, auditing, and maintenance

Learning foundational employment law and HR compliance practices

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.

The program runs for 8 weeks and will be offered in two cohorts. Candidates may participate in the cohort that best aligns with their summer schedule.

We are seeking a motivated, proactive

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team for an 8-week immersive program. This is a fully remote position designed to give emerging HR professionals hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, strategic HR initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for full-time roles as our organization continues to grow.
