General Maintenance Employee/Gardener

Painting, electricity, plumbing, repairs, etc.

General landscape maintenance such as cutting, trimming, planting, sawing, watering, etc.

Assist engineering with necessary repairs in the sprinkler system and some pipes.

Maintaining all equipment, systems and building components, including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile and other equipment.

Builds, repairs, and paints all exterior parts of the hotel.

Cleans and maintains sidewalks, parking lots, pathways, driveways, pool decks, cabanas, patios, garden beds, and all other exterior surfaces.

Removes debris from all exterior areas.
