Responsibilities

The Director partners with managers to translate feedback into practical Individual Development Plans (IDPs), strengthen manager capability, and equip employees with the skills, experiences, and resources needed to improve execution in their current roles.

Rather than becoming a substitute manager or an employee-relations channel, this role enables leaders and employees to take ownership of development by removing barriers, providing candid and constructive coaching, and recommending practical development experiences that improve performance.

In addition, the Director designs and delivers enterprise learning programs with an emphasis on manager effectiveness, leadership development for mid-level managers, AI-enabled ways of working, and practical learning that can be immediately applied.

Partner with managers to build meaningful Individual Development Plans for every employee, equipping managers to own ongoing development conversations.

Develop practical tools, templates, and resources that make development planning simple, actionable, and consistent.
