Biochemist - Group Leader

Expertise in the formulation, analytical, or process development of genetic modalities (e.g.

siRNA, mRNA, RNA-LNP).

Hands-on experience with HPLC.

Ability to design experiments, interpret data, keep accurate records, follow SOPs, and comply with company policies.

In vitro / cellular assay experience.

Experience with other traditional biologics (e.g., peptides, monoclonal antibodies)

The position is

In this role, you will perform analytical chemistry techniques to support RNA-LNP formulations.

This role also includes team leadership responsibilities including performance management, coaching and developing team members, fostering morale, and supporting operational improvements.

Support research scientists with their experiments based on the company protocol, method, and procedures.

Examine and perform analysis on RNA-lipid nanoparticles using analytical chemistry techniques and various instruments, such as: HPLC, Solo-VPE, MFI, AKTA, DLS, HI-AC, Viscosity

Support scientists with the formulation of proteins and buffers as and when needed.

Follow GLP and good documentation using an electronic lab notebook.
