Transformation Execution & Process Analysis

Conduct current-state process documentation and assessments across business and operational functions.

Capture workflows, handoffs, system touchpoints, and pain points using structured frameworks.

Support identification of improvement opportunities (standardization, simplification, automation, data flow enhancements).

Assist in developing future-state process designs and related documentation.

Prepare project plans, reports, and business case inputs for transformation initiatives.

Job Summary

Loenbro is seeking a Transformation Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across M&A, business operations, and technology enablement. This role provides day-to-day execution support for process improvement efforts, integration workstreams, and change initiatives led by the Transformation VP.

The Manager will play a hands-on role in current state assessment, documentation, analysis, and coordination, helping translate strategic direction into actionable steps. This position is ideal for a detail oriented problem solver who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
