Responsibilities
Claims Administration & Processing
Support Group Claims Examiners by gathering, verifying, and entering claim information into the claims management system.
Prepare, organize, and maintain complete and accurate electronic claim files.
Set up new claims and maintain accurate records throughout the claim lifecycle.
Scan, upload, index, and manage electronic and physical claim documents.
Assist with claim filing, archiving, retrieval of archived files, and other administrative support activities.
