Requirements

5+ years experience building and shipping software, with a strong technical background that lets you engage credibly on architecture and tradeoffs even if you are no longer writing most of the code.

Experience shipping products in a fast-paced environment, comfortable balancing speed with quality and making decisions with customer input as a primary signal.

You use empathy, collaboration, and clear communication to work with engineers and non-technical partners alike.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strong full-stack and frontend engineers.

Own delivery for the Experimentation App from planning through production, balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.

Set technical direction in partnership with your team and our statistics engineers, engaging credibly on architecture and tradeoffs.

Partner with Product, Design, and customers directly to shape requirements and turn customer and sales input into roadmap.

Foster a culture of fast iteration and high engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, and blameless postmortems.
