This is a full-time, exempt, onsite position requiring early hours, rotational weekends and holidays, and participation in the after-hours on-call rotation.

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$170,000 annually. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is an essential part of our provider team.

As an APP, you will directly support individuals navigating their treatment cycles, working hand-in-hand with our dedicated team to assess, diagnose, and interpret essential tests.

Our APPs are integral to our clinical team, collaborating closely with all members to offer guidance and support.

Adhere to both Open Fertility and Spring Clinical/ASC SOPs for nurses and providers.

Manage patient scheduling, including phone consults, baseline and monitoring appointments, andrology, egg retrievals and embryo transfers

Proficiently manage patient communication platforms, including Salve and other portals.
