Responsibilities
As a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Databricks, you'll be the engine that powers our recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, and moving candidates through the pipeline.
As one of the first points of contact for candidates, you'll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience.
