At least 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment with direct leadership responsibility.

Injection molding or plastics experience is helpful but not required.

Background in operations, quality, engineering or supply chain in a manufacturing setting.

- 12 Hour Shifts (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

We are looking for a Production Supervisor Injection Molding who leads from the floor, communicates clearly, solves problems quickly and builds a strong culture of safety, quality and trust.

Lead daily injection molding operations and maintain strong performance in safety, quality and output.

Keep production flowing by coordinating resources, resolving issues and supporting shift teams.

Monitor key performance indicators and drive actions that improve consistency and reduce scrap.
