In-depth understanding of energy use, indoor environmental quality, operations, and maintenance in building commissioning

Technical expertise in MEP and building automation systems, with the ability to evaluate and test system performance

Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, SkySpark as a Connected-Commissioning/Monitoring-based Commissioning tool is a plus.

As a Senior Commissioning Authority, you will manage multiple projects at a time, perform thorough design and construction reviews, conduct commissioning meetings, and oversee functional testing.
