Requirements

7+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation, including international parcel/express shipping and customs brokerage.

Deep expertise in trade compliance (HS classification, valuation, Incoterms) and a strong track record in vendor negotiation and SLA management.

Experience building or scaling logistics programs, with a hands-on approach to problem solving and execution.

Strong analytical mindset with experience owning KPIs and using data to inform decisions and improvements.

Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biological sample logistics.

Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive shipments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000 - $134,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation

Responsibilities

Establish and manage global and regional courier partnerships; negotiate competitive rates, define SLAs, and implement performance scorecards with clear accountability.

Design and deploy scalable shipment SOPs (inbound/outbound, inter-site transfers, packaging, temperature control, and exception handling) aligned with global regulatory standards.

Own end-to-end import/export processes, including permits, HS classification, Incoterms, valuation, and customs broker oversight; proactively resolve customs holds and mitigate risks.

Build and manage a network of in-market distributors for testing supplies; define inventory strategies, lead times, and service expectations.

Define and optimize logistics flows for PAH, including labeling, duties and taxes, shipment tracking, and proactive customer communications.

Implement end-to-end shipment visibility tools and exception management processes to ensure transparency and rapid issue resolution.
