Position Overview
: The Program Manager oversees various aspects of program operations, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. The Program Manager will own the success of program health and execution in alignment with the strategic roadmap. They will partner with the sales team to drive success from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in program management.
