Implementation Manager

Proactive & Patient:

The base pay range for this opportunity is $85,000 - $120,000 annually. In addition, this position is eligible for on target commission between $5,000 - $15,000 annually. The total on target compensation range for this position, including both base and commission is $90,000 - $130,000.

As the Implementation Manager, you are the primary driver of customer value realization.

You will serve as a trusted guide responsible for leading clients through their onboarding journey.

Your scope is critical and varied, covering everything from pre-sale proof of concepts (POCs) to initial deployment, as well as managing strategic expansions and integrations for our established customer base.

End-to-End Project Management:

Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for all implementation projects, including initial deployments for new customers and strategic projects (e.g., site expansions, platform integrations) for existing clients.
