5+ years of experience leading engineering teams at a B2B SaaS technology company, including managers

Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products in laundry, field services or an adjacent SMB vertical

Proven record of accomplishment in shipping SaaS releases predictably at a sustained cadence

Proven record of improving platform uptime, performance and defect rates in a production SaaS environment

Proven record of improving engineering efficiency — higher developer productivity, lower cloud cost and reduced technical debt

Experience running SaaS software development, QA and DevOps functions end to end

As the Director of Engineering for Xplor’s Laundry SaaS business unit, you will be responsible for the delivery, quality and scalability of the software platforms serving the North American laundry and dry-cleaning market.

In this role, you will lead engineering teams focused on new product development, platform reliability and technical debt reduction.

You will also be responsible for the release and support engineering function with the goal of continual improvement in the customer experience.
