Corporate Lawyer

Master Degree in Law (international law, corporate law, or finance law)

At least 2 years in a legal role with a focus on international financial services, multi-asset brokerage, and/or VASP

Strong knowledge of international laws, with experience in multi-jurisdictional compliance

Experience with account openings and relationship management for EMIs, banks, and PSPs

Hands-on crypto licensing experience: MiCA/CASP (or readiness projects), VASP

Experience designing global structures and tax planning (with tax advisors)

Group structure strategy & Licensing:

Handling structural solutions for the business: model alternatives (legal forms, ownership chains, IP contours, payment flows), assess tax and regulatory implications

Ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions

Support licensing applications for new markets, with the focus on VASP licenses

Contracts & Agreements:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including client agreements, partnership contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs, ensuring all terms protect the company’s interests
