Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our litigation team.
You will handle a full litigation caseload, with the support of a dedicated team.
Work up litigation files from filing the lawsuit, writing discovery and depositions, and trying the case.
Successfully lead a litigation team of 5 plus people.
Litigate a case from beginning to end.
Pre-Litigation case management and negotiation experience.
