Responsibilities
You lead day-to-day development; assign tasks, track progress, ensure timely delivery and high quality.
Set coding standards and best practices for maintainable solutions.
Work with product teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Implement and enforce testing practices to deliver reliable software.
Encourage new ideas and own engineering processes to drive continuous improvement.
