Leading A3/8D / DMAIC experience
Experience in QMS System with ISO 9001:2015
Core tools (PCP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
HVAC product experience highly preferred

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and implementing quality improvements projects and deployment of quality Core Tools.
Enhance product quality and drive operational efficiency.
This role requires a strong background in quality management, process improvement and problem-solving methodology at Manufacturing facility.
Lead Quality improvement Projects: Manage and execute problems solving projects aimed at main KPI’s (Internal and External) and focus on customer complaints reduction.
Core Tools Implementation: Lead the implementation and management of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) across the manufacturing organization.
Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
