Operations Coordinator

1 - 2 years of relevant work experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong internal drive to succeed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work independently

Available to work on-site in Toronto, ON, Canada – this is not a remote position

Manage equipment for our team members and physical office location(s)

Serve as Tier 1 support for IT/Facilities requests including equipment and networking troubleshooting

Assist with AV equipment maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting for meetings and events.

Assist with office shipping and receiving operations; including collaboration with our Marketing and Business Development teams for customer and trade show needs

Assist with catering meals and snacks for the company as needed

Help keep our game rooms stocked by ordering refreshments, stocking snacks and other fuel for the team as needed
