Responsibilities

The Aviation Program Director is forward-looking, collaborative, and will expand Woolpert’s footprint nationally as an industry leader within the aviation planning and design solutions niche.

Success will be measured by your ability to develop, lead, and manage profitable growth through meaningful client relationships.

Working with market and discipline leaders, and other Woolpert subject matter experts, you will devise execute and manage strategic planning, marketing, client/business development, capture planning activities, and project deliverables in this aviation market service area.

You will also be supporting and promoting other markets and practices of Woolpert in the market area to assist their growth.

Collaborate closely with the Aviation Market Director and dedicated aviation staff nationally to deliver goals.

Lead the business growth of key aviation planning and design (horizontal and vertical) services by developing a pipeline of new and existing business/contract opportunities throughout the US.
