Responsibilities
Prepare for each class and provide age-appropriate settings conducive to learning
Collaborate with team members, families, and stakeholders; implement individualized plans; make data-based decisions and modify teaching lessons as needed
Data Management and Reporting:
Work with Director of Transition to create and implement data collection systems, complete progress reports for students, maintain accurate attendance and grading information in school’s grading & attendance software
Create a safe positive environment for all staff and participants, develop systems for delegation of necessary tasks to staff members, develop strong relationships with program stakeholders, participate in meetings, provide feedback to instructional assistants and behavior therapists regarding all responsibilities
