Manager, Strategic Partnerships

5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking or operating experience at a high growth startup

Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance analysis, or data-driven problem solving

Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill insights clearly and prepare polished internal and external materials

Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously

Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting quickly as priorities evolve

Proactive mindset with strong ownership, follow-through, and a bias toward action

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and performance of Flex’s most important enterprise partnerships. You will be a hands-on operator responsible for prioritizing and executing partnership initiatives, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. You’ll leverage strategy and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance- driving measurable results and lasting partner impact.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining data-driven insights with hands-on execution. Additionally, this position is available to candidates working 2-3 days a week hybrid in either our NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City office.
