Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day to day interactions with all of our customers in our Stainless Steel Wire markets. The candidate will have the ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner including accuracy and timeliness of information. The candidate also must demonstrate effective communication skills, attention-to-detail, and the desire to resolve customer related issues to ensure outstanding customer service.
Maintain customer relationships including responding to customer questions.
Provide quotations for customer inquiries.
Coordinate with and support outside sales representatives.
