Senior Manager, Management Consulting

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree, in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in management or technology consulting.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, etc.)

Practical knowledge of modern technology solutions in the following categories:

Business Applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, productivity tools)

Cloud Platforms and Services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Trace3’s Management Consulting team partners with client executives to translate business priorities into technology strategies, roadmaps, and transformational programs that deliver measurable outcomes. This position will work on projects that address a broad range of client challenges including IT strategy, technology modernization, digital transformation, and operational improvement.

The Senior Manager, Management Consulting owns executive relationships for one or more strategic accounts, driving new business development, overseeing program delivery (with emphasis on technology transformation and custom application initiatives), and developing high-performing consulting talent. They orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure value realization, and manage revenue and portfolio performance across their accounts. This role blends account leadership, program delivery excellence, and people leadership to grow client impact and Trace3 revenue.
