You are a resourceful recruiter with at least 3 years of experience helping organizations hire technical talent. You are excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You are well organized, detail oriented, and self motivated. In addition:

You have in depth knowledge of the technical talent market in the United States

You have previous experience closing complex offers for highly competitive roles

You have strong sourcing skills, and a deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter

You are a clear and persuasive written and verbal communicator

You are comfortable communicating with, and have experience influencing, stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels

You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers on Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and other technical teams to attract and hire world class technologists.
