Responsibilities
As an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture while supporting teams in delivering high‑quality projects across the organization.
You will collaborate with project teams, technical leaders, and clients to elevate safety performance, influence strategy, and develop scalable EHS programs that support safe project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
Partner with project managers, engineers, and client pursuit teams to develop competitive, practical, and compliant safety approaches for projects.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional EHS initiatives focused on jobsite safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Lead the development and rollout of firmwide EHS programs that support safe practices and operations.
Analyze safety metrics, incident trends, and audit findings to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
