Senior Software Engineer, Trade PMR

6+ years of professional software development experience (with a focus on backend systems).

Expert-level proficiency in backend development using .NET technologies.

Extensive experience building and maintaining complex integrations (APIs, single sign-ons, inbound/outbound data flows).

Familiarity with GraphQL or React.

Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable software services for the Trade PMR platform using .NET and AWS.

Drive the technical roadmap for major initiatives, including the development of integration APIs for third-party CRMs and the Robinhood Advisor Network.

Architect solutions that ensure the platform can support significantly larger advisors and increased client activity.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers across the Trade PMR org.

Maintain and enhance the core Fusion software, ensuring high availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering efforts with the broader company strategy for the RIA industry.

The Trade PMR team provides software services for investment advisors, acting as a custodian and offering a high-scale platform for trading, account management, and customer relationship management. The team is currently undergoing a significant transformation post-acquisition, scaling its platform to integrate with the Robinhood Advisor Network and support a massive influx of larger advisors. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Trade PMR team, you will be a technical leader responsible for evolving the Fusion platform. You will design robust APIs for third-party integrations (like Salesforce) and architect the backend systems that provide a holistic view of client data for advisors. You’ll have a broad scope of impact, working on critical integration projects that bridge the gap between retail and advisory services while ensuring the platform remains performant and scalable.
