8+ years’ progressive experience in aftermarket, channel management, and marketing
Proven leadership experience in aftermarket channel strategy
Technical expertise in HVAC product lines and/or active participation in industry associations (e.g., ASHRAE, HARDI)
Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
Demonstrated success in cross-site and cross-business collaboration

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Americas Commercial Leader,
the Director of Source 1 Parts
This team member will lead the efforts to drive parts growth through our direct and indirect channels. Our team’s ability to drive change relies on close relationships with every function and P&L.
Most critical for this role is to lead the Parts Team and partner with the regional and global leaders, including Service, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Planning, and Operations. Success in this role will increase parts revenue, margin, market share and drive channel accountability.
Drive and support growth playbook execution to grow revenue, margin and market share for the direct and indirect channels
Develop and implement strategic sales programs related to pricing, sales promotions, marketing programs, new product offerings, and tools and applications
