LATAM Payments Manager

3–5 years of experience in payment or financial operations within fintech, e-commerce, or related sectors

In-depth understanding of payment systems and funds flows

Experience working with payment gateways and PSPs; transaction monitoring experience is a plus

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

We are seeking an experienced LatAm Payments Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will oversee and support all aspects of payment operations in Latin America (currently Brazil and Mexico), with a strong focus on transaction monitoring, operational efficiency, and enhancing payment performance.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for local third-party payment providers and work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.

Oversee and improve end-to-end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries

Manage and collaborate with local payment providers and banks to ensure optimal service and resolution of complex transaction issues

Monitor transactions in real time to detect, investigate, and respond to suspicious or fraudulent activity - including direct engagement and interaction with customer queries/tickets
