Requirements

Portfolio of successful hardware projects showcasing deep technical ownership and attention to detail.
Expertise in schematic design, layout, and simulation for PCBs, including experience with relevant CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer or similar).
A strong background in the testing and qualification of electronics, ensuring products meet industry standards for quality and safety.
Strong understanding of designing and testing systems in accordance with MIL-STD-810 for environmental durability and MIL-STD-461 for EMI/EMC compliance.

Responsibilities
Architect and design complex digital/analog electrical systems with a focus on modularity, performance, and ruggedization.
Lead the end-to-end design of scalable hardware platforms, integrating high-speed digital processing, analog sensor interfaces, and robust power delivery architectures for counter UAS systems.
Design and implement FPGA based circuitry, memory architectures, and high speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, SerDes, JESD204B/C).
Architect, Design and validate AC/DC and DC/DC power supply topologies across varying power levels to support field deployable cUAS systems.
Conduct electrical analysis including signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC mitigation, thermal considerations and reliability testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RF, software, mechanical) to deliver fully integrated systems.
